Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use DirhamTracker. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use DirhamTracker.
Who we are
DirhamTracker is run by Rahul Churiwal, an individual based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we" or "us").
A free beta, provided as-is
DirhamTracker is in an open beta: anyone 18 or older can sign up, and it's free to use. It is provided "as is" and "as available": it may have bugs, change without notice, or sometimes be unavailable. We may change, pause or end the beta, or any feature, at any time. If we end the beta, we'll give you reasonable notice where we can so you can export your data first.
Check your figures; this isn't financial advice
DirhamTracker reads your statements automatically and can get things wrong: a transaction may be missed, misread or put in the wrong category. Always check important figures against your bank statement. Nothing in DirhamTracker is financial, tax or investment advice, and decisions you make using it are your own.
Your responsibilities
- You must be 18 or older to use DirhamTracker.
- Only upload statements for your own accounts and cards.
- Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- Don't misuse the service, for example by trying to access other people's data, disrupting the service, or using it for anything unlawful.
We may block an email address, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms or misuses the service.
Fair use
To keep DirhamTracker working for everyone, each account has limits, for example on how many transactions and statements can be added in a day and how many cards and categories it can have. They're well above what personal use needs. If you reach one, the app will tell you.
Your data
Your data stays yours. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect it. You can export your transactions or delete your account at any time from your Profile page.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss arising from your use of DirhamTracker, including losses caused by inaccurate figures, missing data or the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under UAE law that can't be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app. If you keep using DirhamTracker after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
